CWC22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,435 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5S9, RNU6-176P, and TBC1D3P1-DHX40P1. Each is linked with CWC22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC22-to-partner and partner-to-CWC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5S9 grouped by CWC22-low versus CWC22-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
