CWC22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CWC22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 523 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS10, TGFBI, and PCK1. Each is linked with CWC22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC22-to-partner and partner-to-CWC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INTS10 grouped by CWC22-low versus CWC22-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
