CWC15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,352 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP155, NKAPD1, and MSANTD2. Each is linked with CWC15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC15-to-partner and partner-to-CWC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CWC15 versus NUP155 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
