CWC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CWC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD14, EN2, and HOXB9. Each is linked with CWC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC15-to-partner and partner-to-CWC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD14 grouped by CWC15-low versus CWC15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
