CWC15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CWC15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CWC15-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, TAAR8, and SLC22A8. Each is linked with CWC15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CWC15-to-partner and partner-to-CWC15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by CWC15-low versus CWC15-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CWC15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CWC15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
