CUZD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUZD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,291 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUZD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2, PRPF38B_S529, and PTK6. Each is linked with CUZD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUZD1-to-partner and partner-to-CUZD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUZD1 versus SMARCC2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUZD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUZD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
