CUZD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUZD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,623 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUZD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPB1, SLC35E4, and SLC25A1. Each is linked with CUZD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUZD1-to-partner and partner-to-CUZD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUZD1 versus UPB1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUZD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUZD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
