CUZD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUZD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUZD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP7, CYCSP26, and GOT1. Each is linked with CUZD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUZD1-to-partner and partner-to-CUZD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP7 grouped by CUZD1-low versus CUZD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUZD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUZD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
