Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUZD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,419 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUZD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM24B, TRA2A, and C10orf88. Each is linked with CUZD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUZD1-to-partner and partner-to-CUZD1 results are reported.
