Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUX2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,274 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUX2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization, Positive regulation of transmembrane transport, and Actin polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with CUX2P1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUX2P1-to-partner and partner-to-CUX2P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of actin filament polymerization grouped by CUX2P1-low versus CUX2P1-high in STAD.
