CUX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,822 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBRG4, CELF2, and GNG2. Each is linked with CUX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUX2-to-partner and partner-to-CUX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUX2 versus TBRG4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
