CUX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,176 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, RASD2, and AQP9. Each is linked with CUX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUX2-to-partner and partner-to-CUX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUX2 versus MCM5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
