CUX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIP5K1, UQCRH, and UBE2M. Each is linked with CUX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUX2-to-partner and partner-to-CUX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIP5K1 grouped by CUX2-low versus CUX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
