CUX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUX1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ACC1, and Notch1. Each is linked with CUX1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUX1-to-partner and partner-to-CUX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CUX1-low versus CUX1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
