CUX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,088 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNB2, COG5, and ZSCAN25. Each is linked with CUX1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUX1-to-partner and partner-to-CUX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUX1 versus GNB2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
