CUTC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,559 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUTC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GOT1, NHLRC2, and ERLIN1. Each is linked with CUTC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUTC-to-partner and partner-to-CUTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUTC versus GOT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
