CUTC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUTC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,540 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMK, CD48, and PLA2G2D. Each is linked with CUTC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUTC-to-partner and partner-to-CUTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUTC versus GZMK in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
