CUTC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUTC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,454 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, CWF19L1, and PPRC1. Each is linked with CUTC in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUTC-to-partner and partner-to-CUTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUTC versus COX15 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
