CUTALP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUTALP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,270 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUTALP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD5, PARP1, and GLRX3. Each is linked with CUTALP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUTALP-to-partner and partner-to-CUTALP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUTALP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUTALP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
