Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CUTA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CUTA data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CUTA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CUTA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SKCM, and ACC are the cancer types where CUTA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
