CUL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC4, C4orf46, and EXOSC9. Each is linked with CUL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL7-to-partner and partner-to-CUL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC4 grouped by CUL7-low versus CUL7-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
