CUL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with CUL7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL7-to-partner and partner-to-CUL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by CUL7-low versus CUL7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
