CUL7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 392 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM132E, CYP27C1, and PROP1. Each is linked with CUL7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL7-to-partner and partner-to-CUL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM132E grouped by CUL7-low versus CUL7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
