Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,636 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, MRE11, and BCL9L. Each is linked with CUL5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL5-to-partner and partner-to-CUL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL5 versus RNF214 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
