Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,985 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB44, IFT46, and C11orf1. Each is linked with CUL5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL5-to-partner and partner-to-CUL5 results are reported.
