Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5P3, PSMC2, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with CUL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL5-to-partner and partner-to-CUL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5P3 grouped by CUL5-low versus CUL5-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
