Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eEF2, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CUL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL5-to-partner and partner-to-CUL5 results are reported.
