Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBA1, OVCH2, and CCR8. Each is linked with CUL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL5-to-partner and partner-to-CUL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBA1 grouped by CUL5-low versus CUL5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
