CUL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Cyclin-B1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with CUL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL3-to-partner and partner-to-CUL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by CUL3-low versus CUL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
