CUL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,890 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are XRCC5, SUMO1, and FASTKD2. Each is linked with CUL3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL3-to-partner and partner-to-CUL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUL3 versus XRCC5 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
