CUL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, MEK1, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with CUL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL2-to-partner and partner-to-CUL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by CUL2-low versus CUL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
