Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,686 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Positive regulation of mitochondrial ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Protein localization to kinetochore. Each is linked with CUL2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL2-to-partner and partner-to-CUL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation grouped by CUL2-low versus CUL2-high in LIVER.
