Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,416 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUL1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with CUL1P1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL1P1-to-partner and partner-to-CUL1P1 results are reported.
