CUEDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUEDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,183 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUEDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARL3, KIFBP, and DPCD. Each is linked with CUEDC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC2 versus ARL3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
