CUEDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUEDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,154 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUEDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNA2, SFR1, and ZFP36. Each is linked with CUEDC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CUEDC2 versus DNA2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
