CUEDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUEDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUEDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27, ER-alpha, and AR. Each is linked with CUEDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27 grouped by CUEDC2-low versus CUEDC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
