CUEDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUEDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,614 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CUEDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXA1, DPF1, and SYT7. Each is linked with CUEDC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-CUEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HOXA1 grouped by CUEDC2-low versus CUEDC2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
