CTXND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTXND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,189 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTXND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAUR, DDAH1, and FAH. Each is linked with CTXND1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTXND1-to-partner and partner-to-CTXND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTXND1 versus PLAUR in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTXND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTXND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
