CTXN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTXN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 858 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERTM1, OR6S1, and LORICRIN. Each is linked with CTXN3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTXN3-to-partner and partner-to-CTXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
