Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTXN2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTXN2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher CTXN2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTXN2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where CTXN2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
