CTU2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTU2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, FLG, and TTN. Each is linked with CTU2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTU2-to-partner and partner-to-CTU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by CTU2-low versus CTU2-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
