CTU2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTU2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTU2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf69P4, LINC02304, and LINC02522. Each is linked with CTU2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTU2-to-partner and partner-to-CTU2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C2orf69P4 grouped by CTU2-low versus CTU2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTU2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTU2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
