Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTTNBP2NL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTTNBP2NL data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CTTNBP2NL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTTNBP2NL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UVM, UCEC, and CHOL are the cancer types where CTTNBP2NL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
