Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTTNBP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CTTNBP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CTTNBP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTTNBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, SKCM, and KICH are the cancer types where CTTNBP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
