CTTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTTN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hippo signaling, Circadian regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with CTTN in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTTN-to-partner and partner-to-CTTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of hippo signaling grouped by CTTN-low versus CTTN-high in LIHC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
