CTTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,828 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MELK, ORC6, and MASTL. Each is linked with CTTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTTN-to-partner and partner-to-CTTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MELK grouped by CTTN-low versus CTTN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
