CTTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,445 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are FADD, PPFIA1, and TPCN2. Each is linked with CTTN in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTTN-to-partner and partner-to-CTTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTTN versus FADD in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
