CTTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMD1, ACER1, and XAGE2. Each is linked with CTTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTTN-to-partner and partner-to-CTTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMD1 grouped by CTTN-low versus CTTN-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
