CTSS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP1, LCP2, and SASH3. Each is linked with CTSS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSS-to-partner and partner-to-CTSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSS versus LCP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
