CTSS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,401 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF7, ABI3, and GPR174. Each is linked with CTSS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSS-to-partner and partner-to-CTSS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSS versus SLAMF7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
